The Woods SU Bridging/Highest Awards Recognition Ceremony will occur on Saturday, May 16, 2020 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the Al Lessor building at the Adams County Fair Grounds. Leaders need to arrive at 2:45 pm to find out where you will be seated as a troop. Girls will arrive at 3:00 pm to practice the bridging ceremony and flag ceremony for Flag Bearers. Daisy and Brownie Girl Scouts will practice singing the Brownie Smile Song together. Parents will not sit with their daughter. Girl Scout Troops will sit with their leaders. Parents can drop off daughters and come back a little later if they desire.


Girls need to be dressed nicely for the event, and wear their current Girl Scout level Vest/Sash

Photographer:

  • We will have a photographer taking pictures of the event and pictures will be posted to The Woods Shutterfly account. Only leaders have access to this site. Please check with your leader to access pictures.
  • Parents are welcomed to take pictures also, the photographer will be close to the stage to take pictures.


Refreshments following ceremony. Please eat cake at the tables and not on the cloth chairs which are used for church services.
